As per national protocol, our guests will have their temperature taken by a frontal thermoscanner capable of measuring the temperature in 1 second without contact.

A safety distance of two metres is maintained between guests who do not belong to the same household.
All check in and check out  are carried out in accordance with current social distancing regulations, as are all interactions with staff.

The communal areas, as well as the rooms, are sanitised with special equipment and medically prescribed products that enable us to eliminate all germs and bacteria.
In addition, our staff has been trained to observe and enforce all hygiene regulations.

Our staff will always wear a mask.
All guests are required to wear a mask in public areas.

In all the restaurant rooms, we have spaced the tables and organised routes inside to allow all guests to maintain as much distance as possible. Wherever possible, we have provided separate entrance and exit routes, with the necessary signage.

The bar service will be carried out with respect for social distancing. Place cards will indicate how many people can be present at the bar at the same time and we have provided appropriate entry and exit routes.
